Only 3 miles from Disney this house is perfectly located for all of the major theme parks but will also allow you to escape from the crowds and relax with a swim, sunbathe, take a siesta or have a meal overlooking the lake whilst watching the sunset. Air conditioning and heating throughout and for those wishing to keep in touch there is free wireless internet and free International calls. Ground Floor

Pool & Spa

The luxurious 40' x 30' pool deck offers pleasant conservation woodland views to the rear and is the perfect place to sunbathe and relax in the Florida sunshine.

The pool area is provided with 2 x tables, 8 x chairs and 6 x sun-loungers for your enjoyment and comfort. The pool can be heated for an additional daily charge (recommended from October to April) but for those really hot days of summer, you can keep cool as you sip iced drinks in the spa or by the pool.

For the ultimate alfresco dining experience, you can rent a gas BBQ with gas & utensils for $50 per week. A pool safety fence is also provided to ensure toddler safety by the poolside.

A lanai (porch) measuring 40 x10 feet offers a welcome shade area for those who do not want to spend all their time under the sun. All in all the back of the house has a 1600 sq ft area that offers all the amenities to swim, play and relax. The complete area is screened for your protection against the Florida insects. Whatever your choice you won't be disappointed.

As you first enter the luxurious villa, you first see the spacious contemporary styled living room with 2 comfortable sofas with the dining area located to the rear of the room.

Dining Area

The formal dining area is located adjacent to the living room and has a large table with seating for at least 8 diners and is beautifully set out for those special dining occasions.

Family Room

The spacious contemporary styled family room is comfortably furnished to allow our guests to relax watching the widescreen TV or a film  with DVD player.

Kitchen

The large open plan kitchen complete has all mod cons to make your holiday as relaxing as possible. Amenities include full size cooker, fridge/freezer with filtered water & ice dispenser, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery and a toaster. All that's needed is the food and drink!! The adjacent breakfast nook set next to patio doors looking out onto the lanai and pool area and provides seating for 4 with additional seating on bar stools for 2 at the breakfast bar.

Laundry Room

The laundry room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience - leave space in your luggage for all those cheap designer clothes you are likely to purchase! You will also find the 2 infant strollers.

This beautifully furnished bedroom features a king sized bed and walk-in wardrobe. Additional features include a flat screen LCD Cable TV and alarm clock radio. Our vacation villa is situated in Emerald Island Resort, Kissimmee, which is 2 miles south west of Disney, Orlando, 1 mile from U.S. 192 and approximately 2 miles from Interstate Highway 4. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the major theme parks Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, MGM Studios and the water parks Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach that are all within the 47 square mile Disney property. Sea World is only 14 miles and takes about 20 minutes, Universal Studios which is 18 miles away takes about 25 minutes. There are more than 30 golf courses in the area including the 5 within Disney.
