Welcome to CAMP GITCA-GOTCHA!
This 3 bed-room single family house is located just steps from the El
Cid club house on the first fairway a short 5 minute walk from the beach. The bedrooms are large and face the golf course. Each has its own bathroom, one is on the first floor and two are upstairs. The lower bedroom is accessible for someone with limited mobility, as is the living, kitchen and patio area. The home has a large living room on the golf course, a golf course patio area and a serene interior court-yard.
Maid service is provided 3 half days a week. Due to the extensive damage done to our linens by smokers,we must insist that there is a no smoking inside our home, smoking is allowed on the patios.

This home has been recently remodeled and refurbished. It is a large
home with big bedrooms and a spacious living room. It sits on the golf course yet is
a short walk to the beach.
Very quiet neighborhood. Pool and hot tub are in the club house. No Smoking inside the house.

Satelite TV and internet service available, but at times unreliable. 

2 queen beds and 7 twins, 2 pack-n-plays, baby  monitor.

$950 per week (with the exception of Christmas and Spring break listed below), $3200 per month.  Rates are for 6 people, extra persons are $25 per person, per night.  ($189.00 per week) Damage deposit of $300, refundable at the return of the keys, provided no damage to home.  Smoking in the house or any illeagal activities (i.e. drugs) will forfeit all deposits.

Feb. 6, 2010 through March 31, 2010 $1200 per week.  6 guests, xtra $25 ea

Christmas 2009 (December 19 to January 3) if rented alone, $2700. 6 guests xtra $35 ea

 Christmas is only available as a complete booking.  Payment and damage deposit are due within 7 days of booking. We accept Pay Pal, Cashier's check and Money Orders.
