Special Event Weeks (Race Week-Bike Week-Memorial Day- 4th of July-
Labor Day-Biketoberfest-Thanksgiving & Christmas Holidays) have a
higher rate! $300 damage/security deposit required within 10 days of
booking and returned after cleaning and inspection. Return of
deposit is waived if reservation is cancelled within 45 days of
rental period. Cleaning fee is $75 per stay. Rent due 60 days prior
to arrival! All applicable taxes are in addition to the rental
amount (12.5%)
