Vacation Rental Description

Wake up in the morning to view dolphins from the master bedroom 
which has a queen bed, private bath and walk-in closet. The 2nd 
bedroom has a full bed and walk in closet. The 2nd bath is open to 
the family room. Unit also has a sleeper sofa. The unit is a 3rd 
floor unit with a wrap around balcony. Decorated in fun and light 
Florida-style decor.

The kitchen is fully equipped with service for eight, microwave, 
dishwasher, garbage disposal refrigerator, coffee maker and more.

The unit has linens, pillows, towels, beach towels, beach chairs and 
the balcony has 4 adirondack chairs to relax and enjoy the gorgeous 
sunrises. Inside the unit you'll also have use of a 
washer/dryer/ironing board and iron.

There are 2 television sets, 1 VCR, 1 DVD and cable television. 
Central a/c and heating and a reserved-covered parking spot with 
plenty of additional guest parking.

The complex has a pool, outdoor shower, grill, small recreation 
room, 
stairs and elevator access.

No smoking, pets, trailers, boats or campers.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rental rates starting at $700 per week

Special Event Weeks (Race Week-Bike Week-Memorial Day- 4th of July-
Labor Day-Biketoberfest-Thanksgiving & Christmas Holidays) have a 
higher rate! $300 damage/security deposit required within 10 days of 
booking and returned after cleaning and inspection. Return of 
deposit is waived if reservation is cancelled within 45 days of 
rental period. Cleaning fee is $75 per stay. Rent due 60 days prior 
to arrival! All applicable taxes are in addition to the rental 
amount (12.5%)
