Marriott Aruba Surf Club - Guestroom - 2/28/09 - 3/07/09 in Aruba

I have a guestroom for rent at the Marriott Aruba Surf Club. I own the timeshare, but will not be
using the guestroom this year. The dates for which the room is available are February 28, 2009 -
March 7, 2009 for 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday).

The room is Oceanside view in the Lighthouse Tower, which is closest to the beach. I have requested
a high floor (for a better view) on the pool side of the building (again, a better view). Outside
of the Oceanfront rooms, this is the next best alternative.

The room that is available is a Guestroom. It can sleep up to 4 people (king size bed and a
comfortable pull out couch). The room also has a balcony (with a table & chairs) and a little
kitchen (fridge, microwave, china & silverware, etc.). The room is a hotel style room, but is
slightly larger and with more amenities.

The Marriott Aruba Surf Club is a time share property. The resort is almost brand new (built about
3 years ago) and is perfectly situated along miles of sugary white sand and turquoise waters. I
have been going to this resort for the past 3 years and absolutely love it. Aruba is an amazing
place with excellent dining options.

There is always lots to do at the Surf Club. The beach is gorgeous and the pool is always a lot of
fun. You can go on multiple tours around the island or just lounge around. The gym is great as
well. The resort features also a lazy river, where you can float around all day!

$2,500 (less than $360 per night). Marriott Aruba Surf Club will charge $505 per night for this
exact room if you rent it from them directly. Marriott Hotel (right next door) will charge $599 per
night during this same exact week (for a similar room). Please feel free to check the hotel sites
to confirm the rates above.

When we agree on a deal, I will prepare a contract for both of us to sign. The payment will be due
in full at the time the contract is signed. I will then call the resort and provide them with your
name as the person which will be checking in. You will be able to call the resort and verify that
they have your name, if you wish. Overall, I am flexible within some levels of reasonableness.
