Our condo at beachwood Villas is a perfect location. Just a 4 minute
walk to the beach. 2 miles to Seaside, and walking distance to local
restaurants.

The condo is located just 150 yards to the beach. When you are not at
the beach, enjoy many of the onsite amenities like tennis, two
swimming pools, and a large green lawn for laying out and relaxing.

Great Room:
The great room has brand new furniture. There is a 42 inch Plasma and
tile flooring throughout the great room, dining and kitchen area.

Internet and Phone: Free high speed wireless internet and free local
calls.

Bedrooms:
Two owner suites � one suite has a king bed and a private bath. It

The third bedroom has a trundle bed and makes a wonderful sitting/
reading area; this bedroom also has a T.V. with cable.
