Oceanfront Condo - First floor - direct access to beach in New Smyrna Beach

One Bedroom with one bath on the first floor with a wonderful ocean view.  The condo is fully furnished and is on the north end of building creating a very private oasis.  You also have direct access to the non-driving beach.  Condo is located within the SEAWARD complex at 4811 Saxon Drive.

Washer and Dryer is located within the condo for your convenience.  Flat screen LCD TV.  Internet provided along with digital phone to stay in touch with family and friends.  Large patio area that wraps around the condo allows for ample space just to sit and relax with the ocean less than 50 feet away.  All you need to bring is "you".

Large Ocean Front Pool

New Smyrna Beach is "old" Florida. Laid back. Plenty of casual dining with great seafood restaurants. Old Flager Avenue has returned to life with shoppes, ice cream treats, surf shops and restaurants.

You may also take your car to the North end (1 mile) beach which is a drive on beach.

The surfing is some of the best on the East Coast of the USA.

September - May

$550.00 per week plus taxes(12.5%) and cleaning fee($75.00).  Total for one week $693.75.

June - August

$750.00 per week plus taxes(12.5%) and cleaning fee($75.00).  Total for one week $918.75.

January - April

Monthly Rental rate is $1,900.00 per month plus taxes(12.5%) and cleaning fee($75.00). Total for one month $2,212.50.

Weekly rentals are from a Saturday to Saturday.

Deposit amount is $300 for weekly rentals and $500 for monthly rentals. 

Deposit will be gladly refunded if 30 day notice is given in case of cancellation.
