huge private lanai and listen to the surf, watch whales breach, enjoy gorgeous ocean views and 
breath taking Maui sunsets. Miles of golden sandy beach await you, just a few steps away.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Newly remodeled & fully furnished 2br, 1ba condo. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, washer & 
dryer, TVs, DVDs, VCR, and all the amenities of home. Free wireless internet access is also 
included. Beach chairs, cooler, beach towels provided for your enjoyment. Resort includes a large 
pool, hot tub, gas BBQs, and free reserved parking.

Activities and Attractions

Swimming, snorkeling, scuba, surfing, wind/kite surfing, fishing, golf, whale watching, shopping, 
restaurants, nightlife are all nearby.

$250 refundable security deposit.

10% discount for stays of 30 nights (Value Season only).

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Security deposit refunds, less a $50 processing fee, will be made for all cancellations greater than 
90 days from check-in. There is a $100 fee for  cancellations between 60 & 90 days during Peak & 
Value Seasons. A $250 fee applies for Holiday Season cancellations between 
60 & 90 days. No refund for cancellations within 60 days of arrival, unless we secure a comparable 
reservation to replace yours. Your refund will be prorated less a $100 processing fee.
