$150.00 a night for Holidays with a 3 night minimum

Snowbird rates: November - April  (MINIMUM 3 MONTH RENTAL ONLY)
$1200.00 a month for 3 month or less
$1100.00 a month for 4 months or longer

Monthly Pest Control

All rentals require refundable $500.00 security deposit and $85.00 cleaning fee.
