The Happy Little Cottage in Mission Beach

Built in 1942, this two bedroom one bath cottage is sunny, clean, and charmingly furnished. The cottage is 3 houses from the bay front - about 100 feet, and about 75 yards from the ocean.

Beautiful hardwood floors, brick fireplace, ceiling fans in both bedrooms. Cable tv, DVD player, wireless internet access. Full kitchen and bath; all bed & bath linens provided, as well as beach towels and chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, and two full sized beach cruisers. Washer & dryer in attached garage; covered carport for parking.

Pretty front garden has a cute little bistro set; in the backyard
patio is a big round table with umbrella, a large gas grill, and an outdoor shower.

A great place for families, couples, and business travelers alike..

All bed and bath linens, and basic bath/kitchen paper and soap
products provided; also beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, boogie
boards, and two bicycles.

Cable TV, DVD player, high speed wireless internet access.
Large gas grill, outdoor shower.

Full kitchen and bath; kitchen appliances include coffeemaker &
grinder, wide slot toaster, blender, microwave oven.
Other amenities include blow dryer, alarm clock, iron/ironing board,
and full size washer & dryer in attached garage.

of everything else you might need!

The house is located on the bay side of South Mission Beach, a little
peninsula surrounded by the pretty blue waters of Mission Bay and the
Pacific Ocean. The bay just 100 feet from the house; the Pacific Ocean
is about 75 yards away. This is a wonderful location; the cottage is
on a very pretty court, and is perfect for families with young
children, couples, and business travelers alike.

Belmont Park (and the old Big Dipper rollercoaster) is a 10 minute
walk from the house.

SeaWorld is a five minute drive.
The San Diego Zoo, La Jolla Cove, Balboa Park, and the downtown
Gaslamp Quarter are all about 15-20 minutes away (driving).

Both Legoland and the San Diego Wild Animal Park are about a 35 minute
drive; Disneyland is 90 minutes.

Less than 7 miles from San Diego International Airport.

Winter Rates (between Labor Day and Memorial Day):
(3 night minimum stay requirement)

Weekly: $750.00
Nightly: $125.00

10.5% city room tax is added to total rent. Holidays rates slightly
higher; Christmas, Easter, and Fourth of July require
minimum one week stay.

Security deposit is $450

Cleaning fee of $50 will be deducted from deposit.
