Vacation in style in a new 2 bedroom 2 bath condo on Okaloosa Island
in Ft. Walton Beach near Destin. Our privately owned condo sleeps 6-
8 guests. There are two queen beds, two bunk beds, and a sleeper
sofa. Our unit overlooks the condo pool and is 50 yards from the
sugar white sands of Destin/Ft. Walton Beach and the emerald green
water of the Gulf of Mexico.

This is a 2 story vacation condo with a private master bedroom and
bathroom on the upper level. Our fully equipped kitchen has a
stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Linens are provided and the
washer/dryer is located inside the condo. Other amenities include
air conditioning, 2 TV/VCR's, dishes/utensils provided, a charcoal
grill, stereo, and 3 balconies with views.

Family activities in the area include Big Kahuna Water Park,
Gulfarium, Championship Golf Courses, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, deep
sea fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling, and a variety of great

4/18 - 5/23 $895/week or $140/night
5/23 - 8/8 $1150/week Saturday to Saturday
8/8 - 9/12 $775/week or $125/night
9/12 - 11/1 $650/week or $100/night
11/1 - 2/28 $550/week, $95/night, or $1200/month
Add 11.5% tax, $200 initial deposit with full payment due 45 days in
advance. $200 security deposit required & $75 cleaning fee. No pets,
no smoking. We rent from Saturday to Saturday only during the summer
and during some Spring Break weeks. Rates may be higher for groups of 7-8.
