Rex & Penny's Beach Retreat in Fort Walton Beach

Vacation in style in a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo on Okaloosa Island
in Ft. Walton Beach near Destin. Our privately owned condo sleeps 6-
8 guests. There are two queen beds, two bunk beds, and a sleeper
sofa. Our unit is a great family getaway to the
sugar white sands of Destin/Ft. Walton Beach and the emerald green
water of the Gulf of Mexico.

This is a 2 story vacation condo with a private master bedroom and
bathroom on the upper level. Our fully equipped kitchen has a
stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Linens are provided and the
washer/dryer is located inside the condo. Other amenities include
air conditioning, 2 TV/VCR's, dishes/utensils provided, a charcoal
grill, stereo, and 3 balconies with views.  Secured high speed internet in the condo.  

Beach service is provided with rental from April to October.

Family activities in the area include Big Kahuna Water Park,
Gulfarium, Championship Golf Courses, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, deep
sea fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling, and a variety of great
restaurants.

11/1-2/28          $500/week or $85/night/$1200/month

Add 11 % tax, and $85 cleaning fee.   $200 deposit due at reservation.    No pets, Damage deposit secured by credit card. no smoking. We rent from Saturday to Saturday only during the summer and during some Spring Break weeks.  Rates may be higher for groups of 7-8.
