Come away2relax in Saint Augustine, N.Florida.  

Our home is a home from home, equipped with everything you will need for your stay. No need to rush out to buy sugar, tea or coffee as all basic food supplies are already there. There's even pasta and flour amongst the foods in the cupboard. There are also shower products and first aid items.

We are located in a private cul-de-sac in Royal Saint Augustine, a
very quiet and beautiful development, which has it's own Golf course,
children's playground and Country Club.
It is only 10 minutes, one direction, from Historic Downtown St.
Augustine and 10 minutes, another direction, from Vilano Beach (The
only local drive-on beach with good shelling and Dolphin watching: in
our opinion the best beach in the area!).

We are 5 minutes drive from the designer outlet malls and an also to
the intra-coastal waterway (for launching of boats and kayaks),
fabulous sunsets and various excellent recreation and dining
activities. There are two nice playgrounds close by, one of which has
a carousel.

If you demand comfort, quality & convenience in the places you stay,
our 3 bedroom home will meet your expectations. This is our second
home and we want it to be an enjoyable place for everyone to visit.

A perfect, year-round climate with sun-kissed days, balmy nights and
quiet, uncrowded beaches are what draws visitors to historic Saint
Augustine, America's oldest city with 50+ historic sites & points of
interest & unique shops.

The picturesque sand beaches are perfect for an early morning stroll,
swimming, observing wildlife,(including dolphins), fishing, kayaking,
sailing & windsurfing.

Orlando & Walt Disney World are less than two hours away. Daytona
Beach (for Bikers week & Harley Davidson Fans) is a forty minute drive
& the Kennedy Space Centre, ninety minutes.

Our spacious & comfortable home with many comforts, is decorated to a
high standard, A smoke-free, one-story home, it sleeps six
comfortably, and has a 2 car garage.

The dining area seats eight & the kitchen is well equipped.
All furniture & accessories in the house are of good quality and
taste! There is 46" HCD TV & separate DVD player.

We have a lovely peaceful and private decked area with seating, small
grill for barbequeing and a fire pit for flame gazing whilst drinking
champagne (of course!) You can even roast marsh-mellows on it!
Complete with outside citronella candles - this is a lovely way to end
a fun filled day.

There are 3 bedrooms, newly decorated, equipped with all bedding and
comforters.
You'll love falling to sleep in the king-size bed in the master
bedroom.
The en-suite has a sink & double walk-in shower (hairdryer & ghd
straightening/curling irons)
The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and the third bedroom a
futon. They share an adjacent bathroom.

In the garage, an Old Town Sea Kayak with Equipment/Trolley is available for experienced kayakers. There is also a playboat sit on top for surfing
the waves!

Our home has a well-stocked larder and ample toiletries, which you are
welcome to use and restock.

We are located in a golfing community, with the golf course opposite
and The World Golf Village, home to the World Golf Hall of Fame is a
short drive away.
There is also an on site clubhouse and small playground.

It is a 10 minute drive into the heart of the old city, where the
history, carefully preserved through archaeological digs and
scholarly research, is the foundation of sightseeing tours via tram,
trolley, horse-drawn carriage or cruise-boat.

There are more than 50 attractions, historic sites and points of
interest.

There are a myriad of unique restaurants sprinkled throughout
St.Augustine ranging from quaint cafes, friendly bars to four-star
rated dining establishments.

Our favourites include Grabbers, Scarlet O'Hara's, (for people
watching), The Raintree for celebratory meals and Reef, fine
oceanfront dining, serving a fantastic champagne Sunday brunch.

Security deposit of $250 required one month before, refunded if our home is left undamaged. Inventory will be checked - please replace any breakages!
