This is a beautiful home located 3 miles south of Breckenridge. You can avoid the congestion of
downtown but are close enough to everything wonderful in Breckenridge. Located in
Blue River on a flat lot makes this lovely home easily accessible even in bad weather. No slippery
roads to navigate! Enjoy the warm cozy fireplaces, the gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with
everything you will need to make an incredible meal. This kitchen has everything...granite
countertops, upscale appliances, eating bar, and every cooking and baking amenity. Our large dining
room table easily accommodates 10 people; three more at the eating bar. The master suite is
upstairs with a soaking Jacuzzi tub, three bedrooms downstairs; sleeping 10.
Full heated garage for easy use and low snow maintenance. Watch it snow from the beautiful deck
overlooking the Colorado wetlands. This home's open floor plan creates an ambience that is perfect
for entertaining and for family gatherings. It is a wonderful place to enjoy the beautiful Rocky
Mountains and create lasting memories.
