Located in a wooded area overlooking a pristine lake, this woodsy
style contemporary is a sportsmans paradise. It's a short drive to
skiing (Jiminy Peak, Butternut/Catamount) and cultural attractions,
(Tanglewood, National Music Center, Aston Magna, etc.) or you can
fish, swim, boat, hike, or lounge on the deck or the dock, just
footsteps away. The house features 4 Bedrooms and 2 Baths, and is
fully furnished including floor to cathedral ceiling views of the
woods and lake.
The house is on Round Pond, it's a wooded, semi-remote area with a few other houses around, but not too visible. The lake is very clean, nice to swim in, and good fishing. It has a large dock with swim ladder. A rowboat is there for your use. 15 - 20 minutes from Tanglewood. 10 minutes from Butternut Mountain, 35 minutes from Jiminy Peak, 15 minutes from Catamount, all excellent family ski resorts.
