Ride the Grand Canyon Railway train while you're here or enjoy many of the other great attractions
accessible in the mountains of northern Arizona. Just 30 minutes from Flagstaff and close to skiing
at Snow Bowl near Flagstaff or at Bill Williams Mountain in Williams. There are cross country trails
in the forest behind the home. This also makes a great hunting cabin (this home is located in unit
7W). You will frequently see wildlife in the yard.
You're just an hour and fifteen minutes from the beautiful red rocks of Sedona! The area is
mountainous, with lots of pinion pine, juniper and cedar. The area also features many activities,
including hiking, fishing at nearby lakes, hunting practically in the backyard, as well as camping
in the forest or in developed campsites. Golf is a fun activity at local courses, shopping,
sightseeing and local/other area restaurants.
Horseback riding is also available nearby. You can BBQ and enjoy a picnic in the backyard. There is
even a fire pit for at-home campfires too! Lots of restaurants in the area, art and culture in
Flagstaff and Sedona. There are rodeo grounds in Williams and Flagstaff, or you might take in a
movie in Flagstaff or Sedona. Hot air ballooning is available near Sedona as well. This home has
been meticulously maintained for your enjoyment.
