This is a 2 bedroom with a den, 2 bathroom that was built in oct,2005.It has a dinning room living
room and a full kitchen and a large lani.look at the pictures for a full description. there is a king size bed in the master bedroom with its own private bathroom with a 6 ft walk in shower and a guest bathroom with a full size tub.the guest bedroom has a queen bed. the condo
overlooks the tee off to the 2nd hole of the golf course.there are three tv in this condo,one 25 inch in the
master bedroom one 25 inch in the den and one 50 inch plasma in the living room.there is a wine refrigator in the kitchen.the kitchen is fully stocked with every appliance you will need to make your stay as confortable as if you were home.

the assocation has a swimming pool with a jacuzzi at the club house with a snack and liquor bar and a 9 hole excutive golf couse.the club house serves dinner on wedenday night and a happy houe on friday night when members bring a dish to share and get together.they also have funchions through the winter monthe to make your stay very pleasant.check the monthy news letter for these events.

the rates are per month with the low end of the rate is for the summer months from may to november
and the high end for the winter months december to april.the rate includes water and sewer, monthy
dues for the assocation, up to $50.00 toward the electric bill and basic cable.the security deposit
is a half a months rent payable at the signing of the lease.expanded cable, internet and telephone
is extra. there is a cleaning charge of $150.00 or $250.00 if you have a pet with you that is paid with your security deposit when you sign the lease.
