This house is GORGEOUS!! Our pictures only give you a small peek at the elegance and attention to detail you will find at this rental property. Our guests have commented that our pictures do not do this cottage justice. Large flat screen televisions, iPod docking station to enjoy while lounging in the outdoor hot tub, brilliant hard wood floors, updated appliances...our rental property is sure to amaze!
Unique to our cottage is a great pontoon boat with lake access just 200' away. Lake access is to Saddle Lake, a 300 acre all sports lake (the biggest lake in the area), feel free to bring any jet skis or boats of your own to enjoy during your stay. This pontoon boat allows you to explore the entire lake...load up the crew and take a leisurely cruise or go swimming. Also works great as a
fishing boat.

~Our cottage has a hot tub with fun LED lights, outdoor speakers, large bbq grill (propane NOT included).
~The living room has a gas fireplace, 42" flat panel television with satellite & DVD with a nice selection of DVD movies, and stereo system. The iPod docking station is connected to speakers over the hot tub...enjoy your favorite tunes while soaking in the hot tub!!
~Fully equipped kitchen includes major appliances and other kitchen essentials to make you feel at home.
~Beautiful dining room has seating for your entire group.
~Master bedroom has a king size sleigh bed, flat panel television with satellite & DVD, half bath and large closet.
~Two guest bedrooms have 1 queen bed in each room.
~Downstairs bedroom has 2 full beds, flat screen television with satellite & DVD player, bathroom with shower, washer/dryer and seating area.
~Gas forced-air heating.

Summertime in this lake community is great! Saddle Lake is a short walk off the back deck, you'll find a pontoon boat ready for you to enjoy the beauty of this large inland lake!
Take a drive into South Haven for a gorgeous sunset, shopping, delicious dining, sample the baked goods from McKenzie's Bakery or cool off with some of the famous Sherman Dairy ice cream!
A short walk/bike ride from the cottage is the Kal-Haven Trail, a 37-mile walking/biking trail that spans Kalamazoo to South Haven.

Must be 25 years or older to rent...teens must be accompanied by a parent.

Summer Rates: Memorial Day thru Labor Day 2011: $2,500 weekly
Weekly rentals are Sunday to Sunday. Check-in at 5pm. Check-out at 10am.
Reservations/Security Deposits/Cancellation Policy:
To secure your reservation we take the full rental amount plus a $500 security deposit. The security deposit will be returned within 2 weeks after cleaning.
Should cancellation be necessary, we charge a $100 fee. If the cabin can be rebooked for that week all funds will be returned less the $100 fee. If the cabin cannot be rebooked, all funds paid will be forfeited less the security deposit.
The cottage must be left in a proper order. There is a $150.00 cleaning charge on all rentals.
Do not move furniture.
