Vacation Rental Description

This property is located at The Mountainside at Silver Creek which is ajacent to Sol Vista Ski Area  
and is ski in/ski out to Sol Vista Ski Area, a family friendly ski area with a nice bunny slope for  
children/lessons.  Travel West on I-70 to highway 40 North at Empire and then over Berthoud Pass and  
past Winter Park to Silver Creek.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This unit sleeps 10.  The master suite has a kingsized bed with full bath.  The loft has 2 fullsized  
beds and a full bath.  There are also 2 foldout couches with access to a 3/4 bath on the main floor.  
The kitchen is furnished with adinner service for 10 and all appliances including a refridgerator  
with ice maker, dishwasher, stove, toaster, assorted pots and pans and dining room table.  There are  
2 TVs with DVD/VCR players, one in the master suite and one in the TV pit area which is ringed with  
couches and walks out to a deck and includes a fireplace with gas insert.  After a hard days skiing,  
you can enjoy a hottub located inside the unit.  A telephone and wireless internet are also  
included.

Activities and Attractions

Sol Vista Ski Area is a family friendly resort.  Ski rentals and lessons are available.  The slopes  
are gentle with a nice bunny hill for young children.  Other activities in the locale community  
include snowmobile and sleigh rides and tubing.  You have full access to the Lodge at Silver Creek  
with indoor/outdoor swimming and a weight room.  Winter ParkMary Jane Ski Area is just 25 minutes  
away.  Breckenridge, Arapahoe Basin, Keystone and Copper Mountain Ski Areas are an hour away.

$250/day (4-day minimum required) 
$1500/week 
$100 cleaning fee 
The rental is for week 52, December 27, 2008 to January 3, 2009
