also a queen futon off of the masterbedroom also with a divider The other 2 bedrooms have 2 queen beds and 1 queen bed and a single bed.The kitchen has granite counter tops, smooth top stove,microwave and oversized refrigerator. There are 2 diningroom tables in the oceanfront livingroom
There are plenty of towels, linens and beach chairs for your luxury beach vacation.

Amenities include pool,tennis courts, shuffleboard, barebecue area and
golf putting range in the complex. You have a beautiful, private, gated
beach.There is a second level balcony with seating for 6,free digital
cable and wireless internet access. There are a variety of beach toys and chairs 
in the garage along with 2 bicycles.

Activities include beach, golfing, tennis, pool, fishing, boating,
the cocoa beach pier offers volleyball and Ron Jons Surf Shop is 5
minutes away. Disney world and all the attractions in Orlando are 60
minutes away. Kennedy space Center is 20 minutes away. Port
Canaveral
is 10 minutes away. The Merritt Island Square mall is 10 minutes away

2000 -2500.00 per week -  $3500-4000 per month- shorter stays are
negoitable.
$200.00 us check, money order or paypal deposit required for weekly reservation -
balance due 2 weeks before arrival.
Deposit is 100.00-300.00 depending on length of stay.
If anything is damaged,broken or stolen or if the place is dirty and
laundry is stacked up - your deposit is not returned.
