Large executive home for family and relatives. This 5/6 bedroom vacation home with screened and heated pool, sits on 0.5 acres nestled in a quiet road 2 miles from US1.
Enjoy a 16' x 32' private and screened pool nestled in the back yard. This pool is solar heated and set to heat to 85 degrees. A large pool deck accommodates 5 lounge chairs, barbeque grill(gas and charcoal), bar stool table with chairs, 6 person patio table and room to play. Enjoy the rest of the large yard for gaming and sunning.
First floor Master bedroom has a king size bed, fine furniture, a flat screen TV and a large walk in closet. Master bathroom has 2 sinks, shower, and a Jacuzzi. Master bedroom also looks over the pool.
Open kitchen, breakfast nook, and large dining room with ample room to seat 12 on a executive wooden table, are proffessionally decorated. We have a wide selection of pots, pans, settings and many small appliances all to accommadate 12 people. In the living room we have a large wrap around couch and 55' HDTV are part of the accoutrement that define this fashionable living room entertainment center. Of course you have a washer and dryer on the first floor.
For entertainment, this large new home has 2 large flat panel HDTVs in separate entertainment centers. A 3rd HDTV is in the master bedroom. With wireless internet throughout the house you can stream in Netflix movies, watch HuluPlus and play a variety if video games through Roku. DVD is also available.
Second floor is comprised of 4 more bedrooms all finely decorated with ample furniture and closets for your belongings. Centerly located is a sectioned bathroom with privacy doors for the toilet and bathtub, two person shower, and two separate sinks. Also, located upstairs is the loft which doubles as a second entertainment center with a queen size fold out sleeper sofa.
