the coveted and beautiful Green Valley area of St. George. Recently remodeled in 2012 and equipped with all new furnishings, this unit has two bedrooms and one well equiped bathroom.
It will sleep at least 7 adults comfortably so it's big enough for the whole family! 
The kitchen boasts all new stainless steel appliances, new laminate
floors/carpet and is fully equipped to meet your every need.

The living area has soft and inviting microfiber furniture and a flat screen, wall-mounted LCD TV w/ cable and DVD player. The spacious bathroom offers a large garden tub,
shower and all the counter space you would want.
The master bedroom has a very soft and comfortable queen bed and another flat
screen, wall-mounted LCD TV w/ cable and DVD player. No motel mattresses here. It's like
sleeping in your bed at home! The second bedroom has a double bed with a twin trundle that pulls out underneath. The second bedroom also has a TV/DVD combo w/cable. The balcony is
accessible from this bedroom and is equipped w/a BBQ grill and a great view of the children's
playground that is right in back of the unit. If more sleeping space is needed, there is a Queen sofa sleeper in the living area. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit as well as covered
parking for your car. And as if all of this were not enough, you have full access to the Club House w/two heated pools, jaccuzzi, fitness room, WiFi access from the Club House, 
game room and more. This beats staying at a hotel any day. It's not a hotel room. It's your vacation home! Seriously, everything is brand new and we would love to have you come and stay!
