Flagler Beach has the balance to provide a family or just you a place
to relax and enjoy an old style low rise beach town where you may travel for miles on scenic A1A and actually see an uninterrupted view of the beach and Ocean.

We have a fishing pier right in the center of town, many restaurants/bars some with ocean views.

We even have an ice cream shop that offers old fashion style ice cream
in over 40 flavors right on the A!A with an ocean view, come sit and watch the world go by and see the waves roll in as you enjoy your ice cream.

On Friday and Saturday mornings get your fruit and veg plus lots more
at the Farmers market in the center of the town right next to the beach.

All this is within a few minutes walk from our modern ground floor
duplex (5 years old) with a secluded private court yard for you to watch the sun go down.

Flagler Beach is only 30 minutes to historic St Augustine, 25 minutes
to the speed of Daytona and 90 minutes to the attractions of Orlando, something for everyone.

OUR STREET has the Ocean, Beach and start of the board walk to the pier at one end just one and half blocks, at the other end we have a park with Tennis Courts, Childrens swing park, Basket ball courts, all available to the public for free, plus the start of the board walk through the Betty Steflik Preserve that runs all the way to the fishing pier on the Intercoastal waterway, also just one and half blocks.

BIG BLUE is Top Quality and Fully Furnished.

We offer 2 bedrooms, one with a Queen, Four poster bed, the other
with 2 twin beds, plus a double sleeper couch in the lounge, we can comfortably sleep 4, and 6 when needed, 1 bathroom with walk in shower and Jacuzzi garden tub.

There is a large lounge and dining room with internet, and cable TV all available.
The Kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast bar.
Court yard has large table and six chairs, and a bench under the
trees, gas B.B.Q., an outside shower for that after the beach wash down.
The floors are all ceramic tile or wood laminate, all linen is provided.

There is a Laundry but we have new modern Laundromat just nearby with a drop off and pick-up done service (who wants to do laundry when on vacation).

Covered parking for the first car, plus space for two more if
required.

Sun, Surf, Swimming, Tennis, Basket ball, Golf,Tanning for free most of the year, Fishing, both salt and fresh water.

Dolphin and Whale watching at certain times of the year, Pelicans and people
all the time.

Many Stores, Restaurants, and Bars, there are no national chains
everyone is unique.

Bicycle and Surf board rentals in town.

Ride along scenic Oceanshore Blvd / A1A north to St Augustine and
take a ride in a horse drawn Carriage, or go south on the same road to Daytona and take a ride at 150+ miles per hour at the NASCAR experience, and of course everything Orlando has to offer just 90 minutes away.

Every type of sport from golf to skate boarding, various state parks
close by, swim with the Dolphins at Marineland 15 minutes north, you can do it all or nothing.

You must be over 25 years of age to rent. Familys are most welcome
A $300 returnable security deposit is required.
There is also an $85 cleaning fee.
You will be required to pay 50% of your rental at the time of booking.
The balance plus security deposit and cleaning fee are due one week before arrival.
Our standard weekly rate for seven nights is $500 plus 10% taxes.

Higher rates apply during the weeks of Labor day,Thanksgiving,Christmas,New years eve,Easter,4th of July,Memorial Day,Bike week and Biketober fest,also during Daytona speed weeks.

Lower rates apply for monthly and longer term stays.
