This gorgeous 2B/2B condo is a first-floor walkout to the pool with
canal views and across the
street from the gulf. Recent renovations include all new furniture,
new bathrooms, beautiful tile,
and completely turnkey furnished with a well-equipped kitchen. There
are 3 TVs, a stereo system, and
a DVD player. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, twin
beds in the spare, and a queen
pullout sofa in the living room. It has everything you would want in
your own home.

The Longboat Harbour complex has 4 pools, a tennis court, club house,
exercise room, billiards, ping
pong, and a library. A deep-water canal runs through the complex and
opens into beautiful Sarasota
Bay so that all condos have a water view. Walking the ~2.5 mile
(round trip) pathway around the
canal is a popular exercise activity. Across the street at the beach
is our private beach house with
showers and restroom facilities as well as picnic tables for those
special outings.

The Longboat Harbour community is very active with many social events
scheduled throughout the year.
The island of Longboat Key is quite beautiful. Although mainly
residential, the island has numerous
restaurants, two churches, a few shopping areas, gas stations, and a
large Publix supermarket. There
is great shopping and dining just off the south end of the key at St.
Armand's Circle. Anna Maria
Island to the north also offers many dining options as well as water
activities such as parasailing.
