Clean, one bedroom park model with a large attached screened in porch,sleeps six, queen size bed in
the main bedroom with two sofa sleepers. Cable color tv with dvd,phone,air conditioning,washer
dryer,additional tv in bedroom. Walking distance to the club house. This is located on Nettles
Island, completely surrounded by water. Located an hour and fifty minutes north of Ft. Lauterdale on
the Atlantic Ocean, just fourty five miles north of West Palm and twelve miles north of Stuart on
Hutchison Island.Disney is just two hours to the North, Cape Canaveral is approximetly an hour and
half to the north, the Keys are approximetly a five hour drive south.

This island has privste ocean beach access,hot tubs,sauna,tennis,shuffleboard,child pool,weight
room,two heated pools, one is ocean side,mini golf,cable tv,clubhouse with weightroom-pool tabels-
diner-activity room-changing rooms-wireless computer access. 24 hour gated security,beautiful
waterfront restaurant,marina,shopping complex. On the ocean side we offer private frontage with a
snack bar,ocean side pool,clubhouse with showers and changing room, pool attendent on duty. Our
community private frontage opens up fourteen miles of beautiful sandy beach for exploring turtle
habitate, shell hunting, or just enjoying the beauty of the Atlantic ocean.Planned activities
including:water exercise,dancing, card clubs,bingo.
