more. Oh, did we mention this is one of the only units in Playa del
Carmen that is DIRECTLY on the ocean? You don't walk through a gate,
or down any stairs, or around a pool.... you get out of bed and see
the sun rise in just a few steps. There is a fully equipped kitchen
(large toaster-oven for rotisserie and minor baking, but no large
oven), and wireless internet. This unit also has a location that is
right in the middle of all that Playa has to offer: you can eat
breakfast on your beachside patio set; be served ceviche from the Coco
Maya waiters that are next door and are happy to cater to you with
food and beverages; walk to Negrosal or any of the hundreds of fine
restaurants in the area; and end the night with a stroll down the
beach to watch the amazing fire show at the Blue Parrot (no you don't
pay to get in... you have beachside access to this amazing, nightly
attraction).

2 bedrooms with king beds plus the third bedroom has 2 full beds and a
stacked washer/dryer.
Kitchen fully equipped with glass counter top range (no oven, but a
large toaster over is provided and will even do a rotisserie chicken).
Pots/pans, glassware, etc provided in plenty of quantity to
accommodate 8 people.
Nearest airport: Cancun Airport ($8 & 45 min bus ride to Playa) at
40 Miles

Playa del Carmen is in the heart of the Mayan Riviera midway between
Cancun and Tulum. Take a 45 minute bus ride from the Cancun airport
and spend the rest of your time on foot, as everything is walking
distance. The Avenida Quinta (Fifth Avenue) has exquisite dining and
shopping, but there's also nightlife and people watching. If you need
to venture out, same-day tours are available to attractions as far
away as Chitchen-Itza or similar ruins at Coba', or to see the whale
sharks in Holbox, as well as the popular park areas of Xcaret and
Xel-Ha. Zip lines, cenotes (fresh-water underground rivers), deep-sea
fishing, and many other activities including scuba (same-day 'resort'
certification is available) are all within reach and surprisingly
affordable.

If you had to define the heart of Playa del Carman, it would probably
be the corner of 5th Avenue ("la Quinta") and 12th street. Well, this
condo is a hop and skip from there on the ocean between 12th and 14th streets. Shopping, clubs, convenience stores, ATM's, liquor stores, pharmacies, and numerous restaurants are all within a couple of blocks from the condo.

50% deposit required to hold your dates, the remaining 50% is due 60
days prior to your arrival. Price includes a full housekeeping after
you depart. Stays longer than 5 days will get a mid-week linen swap
and basic cleaning.
12% taxes are additional, as is 5% fee if paying with credit card.
