Everything you need to enjoy your vacation is provided in the villa. 

A very nice and well appointed, spacious, comfortable villa. 
Clean,light and airy the photos do not do it justice.
We chose to buy this villa, not just for its excellent layout, but 
because of its location in a prestigious and very secure area, away 
from the traffic congestion problems of Kissimmee. Just 3 mile from 
the Disney junction on Highway 27 

Our beautiful, comfortable, fully air conditioned vacation home is 
in 
a quiet sub division of Clear Creek within easy reach of all 
Orlando's many attractions.

The south facing screened pool has a large deck area with five sun 
loungers for your use.  There is also a covered lanai with table and 
chairs.

This home is equipped with all the amenities for a wonderful 
vacation 
stay. All Linens,towels and pool towels,hairdryers,iron and ironing 
board included.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The master bedroom has a king sized bed, cable T.V. walk in dressing 
room and ensuite facillities.  
One and a half bathrooms are shared between the second bedroom(queen 
sized bed) and the third bedroom which has a double and twin beds.
The family room has a dinning area, cable T.V.  a luxurious 7 seater 
leather suite, which includes a reclining chair and chaise longue. 
 A crib is also available but a high chair would have to be 
requested.
The fully equipped kitchen also has a dinning area.
A washer and dryer are situated in a separate laundry room.BBQ.
This property is maintained to the highest standards by a first 
class 
management company. ( We have a no smoking policy )
At the entrance to our sub division there is a family restaurant, 
pizza place, 24 hr supermarket, post office, bank, hairdressers and 
gas station.
