Berkeley Beach House is a tropical get-a way in the paradise called Pass a Grille. Pass a Grille is a peninsula jutting out into the Gulf of Mexico and Berkeley Beach House is located four blocks from the point of Pass a Grille where it is quiet and peaceful - perfect for relaxing and rejuvenating. You will be 99 steps from the Gulf of Mexico and four blocks away from "Main" street with dining, shopping and art galleries...plus Merry Pier for fishing, bike rental and boat trips.
Berkeley Beach House has three completely separate suites. Each suite has its private entrance and outdoor seating area plus the design and layout as listed below. The Pass a Grille and Blue Dog Suites can be adjoined to create a fabulous two bedroom/two bath.

The Mango Suite.
The full kitchen provides an opportunity to make a great meal with full stove/oven, frig, microwave, coffeemaker (gourmet coffee included) and counter-top with stools for dining. The full bath has tub and shower in trendy retro white, pink and black tile. There are two bedrooms with queen size beds finished in 500 thread count sheets and full closets and dressers so you can make it like home.
The large gazebo out back features white lattice, full roof for shade,ceiling fans, patio furniture, green palms and a gas grill. It is a perfect secluded spot for enjoying the Florida breezes and entertaining.

The Pass a Grille Suite.
This charming one bedroom with queen bed also has a full size futon in the living room and a unique ottoman that becomes a real twin bed so you can bring family or friends. A full kitchen with eat in dining table that's expandable so you could seat everyone together. Just updated, including a brand new bathroom, Pass a Grille suite is bright and cheery with a cozy porch bedroom.

The Blue Dog Suite.
Ideal for a bit of a budget or if you like it simple - this suite has a quaint porch where you can watch the world go by or relax and read. The studio style kitchen has a half frig, microwave, burner unit and George Forman grill but still plenty or room to make a bite to eat and enjoy it at the Cafe table. Freshly remodeled and adorned with George Rodrigue Blue Dog prints with bright white tile throughout, a sparkling new bathroom and full size fold out in the living bedroom (great comfy mattress and 500 count sheets).
