A beautiful studio apartment located in a three story elevator building. The apartment is on the
top
floor. This is a quiet neighborhood 1/4 mile from the beach. If you want tranquility, privacy and
to be close to the beach and the city, this is the place to be.
It includes a full kitchen with all appliances, a full bathroom, and a spacious patio. The
apartment is fully furnished, including a sleeper sofa. Linens, pillows, bath towels, beach towels,
hair dryer, iron & ironing board are included. There's plenty of closet space. The outside patio
has a table with chairs. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots,
pans, dishes, glassware, stemware, silverware, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, even
coffee and sugar! Wall mounted flat screen TV with DVD player, surround sound, and cable are
included. Central A/C. New tile floors throughout the entire apartment. All you need is your
clothes and tooth brush!

The building has its own private closed in pool with a bar-b-que area. It is a locked building.
Laundry room on the same floor with coin operated machines. Plenty of parking space on site. Cable
and power are included in the rental.

The Beach is 1/4 mile from apartment (15 minute walk or 5 minute car ride). Many restaurants along
Atlantic Avenue, Federal Highway, or A1A close to the beach. A gym with very low rates ($5.00 per
day)
is located within walking distance from apartment building. A Publix grocery store, CVS Pharmacy,
Block Buster video, cafes and restaurants also within walking distance. Parks, golf course,
shopping
centers, movie theaters, restaurants, churches, all very close by. About 15 minutes driving
distance is
downtown Fort Lauderdale and Las Olas area where you'll find the Fort Lauderdale Museum, parks,
theaters, more restaurants, clubs and shopping. Sawgrass Mills Mall is about 25 minutes away. 35-40
south is Miami and to the north Boca Raton and West Palm.
vacation rental rates
October thru April the rate is $1300 per month.
May thru September the rate is $900 per month.
There is a three month minimum.
