  1. This Private all year round, cozy authentic log cabin located on Secord Lake, right around the corner
    from the Lost Arrow Resort. The first bedroom has a full bed and the second bedroom has a log bunk
    bed with a full on the bottom and a twin on top. The great room has a queen size comfortable pull
    out and a full futon on the porch. The great room has a stone fire place, kitchen,  large porch
    area. There are two TV'S, DVD's, and a VCR. All TV'S have cable and the movie channels. The
    Kitchen, Great room and porch over look the Lake. There is a private white sandy beach, two large
    boat docks and a two tier log wooden custom decks that are spectacular. The cabin is nestled near
    the woods and is very spacious and private. Secord Lake is 90 miles of shore line and is great for
    all water sports, fishing, swimming, relaxing and entertaining.

    The cottage is close to thousands of acres of State Land for Hunting or ORV's.

Secord lake is great for fishing and ice fishing. There are Small mouth Bass, Large Mouth Bass, Pike
and Rock Bass. There's hunting available at The Lost Arrow Resort, along with eating and shopping.
Shopping is only 17 miles away, where you can go to The Tanger Outlets, The Movie Theatre, The
Willow Tree, Restaurants, and golf courses. West Branch Country Club is also open to the public.
If you enjoy cross country skiing or down hill skiing there is Snow Snake Resort. There are snow
mobile trails and ORV Trails near by.

Pets are welcomed for an additional $5.00 a day .We ask for a security deposit which will be returned following an inspection after your stay. We also provide maid services if needed. We ask that you bring your own linens. Everything else, we are happy to assist.

Great cabin to rent for all seasons. We love it!

Love this large piece of private property with a beautiful view. The cabin was beautiful and very well maintained. There is a view of the lake from most of the cabin. So far, we have rented from the owners twice and plan to continue.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet-friendly, sight seeing, romantic getaway

Great for the family

This is a great family cabin for those who seek a relaxing, private vacation. The little sandy beach is perfect for young children to play. The water was warm and the nights were cool - perfect for a fire. The house is cozy and welcoming. There are two bedrooms, a bath, kitchen, living room, and enclosed porch area which had a great view of the lake. It is a very active sports lake. Many boaters and jet skiiers out there. We did not participate in those activities, and still felt the lake was perfect for us. There is no one to the left of the property so it was very private. The owner was close by and checked in a couple of times, but was very accomodating and respectful of our privacy and time. I would recommend this property rental and we plan on making our way out there again next year.

Owners response: My family and I have rented this lovely home for the past three years. The cabin is on a private road and is on the water. The deck is spectacular and is huge. The log cabin is immaculate and feels like home. They have a private beach that is perfect for everyone. We bring our speed boat up there and they have a long dock that can fit two boats and jet ski's. We have already booked our vacation for one week in June. JUST TO GIVE YOU THE HEADS UP, THIS CABIN RENTS OUT VERY QUICKLY. The other important factor is that the owners are very accommodating and flexible with their hours. A major advantage and they do NOT charge extra!
