Two bedroom with 2 full baths. Also a sleeper sofa in the living room which sleeps two. Living
room, dining room, as well as an eat in Lanai. A full kitchen fully stocked with everything you'll
need for preparing meals. Steps to the pool and 100 feet to the beach. Included are beach towels, 5
beach chairs, coolers and pool toys for the kids. Tennis rackets and 3 bikes for the active guests.

Play tennis on the complex court, ride bikes on the hundreds of miles of bike paths,golf at two golf
courses only minutes away. Go fishing or just relax on the beach or by the pool. Shop till your drop

summer rates: May 1 -December 21, 2013 $750 per week
winter rates: December 21- April 28,2014 $1,850 per week
spring rates : April 26- December 20,2014 $750 per week
Fees of $215 and state tax of 11% are on top of the above prices.
