a loft sleeping area are located
on the second floor. Master bedroom has a king-size bed. Other
bedroom has two twin beds.Third bedroom with twin bed.Whirlpool bath
upstairs and full bath downstairs. Sofa bed in the living room.
Large living room with TV and dining room downstairs. Back and front
patios.

Gated community with security. Heated pool, beach, fishing dock,
clubhouse, tennis courts,
playground, and horseshoe pit. Unit has central air conditioning,
new kitchen appliances, and washer
and dryer. Kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with cooking
utensils, silverware, glasses, cups,
microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Linens, bath towels, beach
towels, cable tv, and television
sets, and dvd player are provided.

Resort setting. Dock/fishing area within the complex. Easy access
for snorkeling
and fishing. Next door is Founder's park, which includes beach,
cycling trails, exercise/walking
trail, soccer fields, baseball fields, skate boarding ramps, and
