Ocean Park Meadows is Old Orchard Beach's premier community. The recently renovated Cape Cod styled buildings are placed within manicured grounds with two ponds that are home to a variety of ducks and fish. It is just
a short walk to Maine's beautiful seven mile stretch of white, sandy
beach on the Atlantic Ocean. This first floor condo has just

sliding glass doors, is a deck equipped with a Weber Propane Gas
Grille, wrought iron table with an umbrella and chairs.
Downtown Old Orchard Beach is a leisurely, fifteen minute walk
to amusements, arcades, variety of foods and a display of fireworks
every Thursday Evening.

This unit is air conditioned for summer comfort and is heated during
the cooler weather with propane gas. The laundry area includes a new
front loading washer and electric dryer. Each bedroom is equipped
with a digital, LCD TV and a DVD player. The kitchen has a new
dishwasher, disposal, built-in microwave, electirc cooking range,
toaster oven, coffee maker, refrigerator with an automatic ice maker
and filtered, cold water dispenser. All cookware, serving ware and
linens are included. The living area has a digital, LCD HDTV, stereo
sound system and a Blu-ray player.  All three (3) TV's are connected to Time Warner Cable.

The recently renovated clubhouse area consists of an exercise
room with new cardio and strength building equipment, saunas and
toilet facilities and a large fenced in swimming pool. Tennis courts
are located seconds from the condo. Old Orchard Beach is home to a
miniature and eighteen hole golf courses and a driving range. A short
driving distance from the condo is Aquaboggan, a bowling alley, a
drive-in movie theatre, Funtown and Splashtown. Kennebunkport,
Ogunquit and Portland are an easy drive via Route One. L.L. Bean and
many factory outlets in Freeport are one of the many favorite area
attractions.

June 2 - 23 weekly rate is $1275.

June 30 - July 28 weekly rate is $1975.

July 28 - August 11 weekly rate is $1775.

August 11 - August 25 weekly rate is $1675.

August 25 - September 15 weekly rate is $1275.
