Activities and Attractions

Enjoy the beautiful sunsets, a stroll along the white sands of the  
beach, a swim in the warm gulf or in the nearby public pool. 
 
Take part in the endless day-time activities by browsing the nearby  
shops, visiting the Clearwater Marine Aquarium or check out the  
nearby parasailing, jet skiing, fishing, golf, tennis, volley ball  
and many boating adventures (charter dinner or dolphin watching  
cruises, gambling cruises and the kids favorite the pirate ship  
cruise), all within a short walking distance. 
 
For night-time entertainment, live music and dancing are just a few  
minutes away, dance in the dance hall or on the beach, there is  
endless fun on Clearwater Beach. 
 
If you don't feel like walking, with a stop right behind the condo,  
the Jolly Trolley costs only $1.25 and stops all around the  
Clearwater Beach area and is a wonderful and fun way of  
transporation. 
 
We are also just an hour away from Busch Gardens and about 1 1/2  
hours from Orlando with Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios  
and more.

May 1 - October 31                       $950 per week 
 
November 1 - April 30                   $1200 per week 
 
Fees:    Tax Rate: 12%         Cleaning: $125         
 
Monthly rental discounts are also available.  Please inquire. 
 
12% Florida tourist tax and $125 cleaning fee. 
 
$500 reservation deposit and tax due at time of reservation.
