Along with great shopping and dining at the doorstep of this condo,  there is also a private community  
pool and exercise room for all residence occupants.  A parking garage located just below the condo  
provides safe and easy access to and from your vehicle.  There is a fully equipt kitchen for those who  
decide to cook.  Also the condo has a washer and dryer for the guests who would like to wash clothes  
during their stay.

Activities and Attractions

This unit is located in one of the strongest shopping districts in southwest Florida, Estero.  Three  
large and unique shopping areas divide Estero up. Miromar outlets, Gulfcoast Town Center and Coconut  
Point Mall.  All in a 5 mile radius.  This condo is located in Coconut Point mall, a 2.1 million sq.  
ft. open air shopping mall.  With 20 different places to eat at and entertainment to keep you busy  
your entire stay, including a Muvico movie theater the guests will not run out of things to keep them  
occupied their entire stay.  Also located in walking distance is the residences private pool and  
exercise room.  For those who want to journey outside the area, Estero splits Naples and Fort Myers.   
Each area is roughly 15 minutes away (depending on destination).  Both cities have beautiful beaches  
great restaurants and many different forms of entertainment. Just decide which direction to head. 
  This condo is fully furnished with my own personal belongings which give it a very comfy "home"  
feeling.  Because I will be renting this property out to guests who could take full advantage of this  
opportunity I will be choosing the guests wisely.  I intend to use the honor system for my guests and  
I hope they will commit to the same. If anything is damaged, stolen or lost I plan on holding a  
credit card number as a deposit until the guests depart.  If nothing is damaged lost or stolen I will  
discard of the card number safely.  I hope that any and all guests who stay here will enjoy the area
