The settlement of Mount Dora was named for it's beautiful lake which was named for Ms. Dora Ann Drawdy, who homesteaded there in the mid 1800's. Mount Dora is know for its antique shops. The word "Mount" was added to reflect the 184 feet
above sea level elevation of the settlement. An elevation that is unusual in Florida. A short stroll down the hill will take you to all of the main street shops that Mount Dora is famous for. Plus, for you fishermen, Lake county is loaded with lakes for boating, sports, and fishing; Plus, we have state parks and natural springs close by that the whole family can enjoy.

• The back yard is privacy fenced with space on the side of the house to park your 25' RV, boat, or bike trailer.

• The house has been completely remodeled with wood floors, Travertine floors, a large kitchen, dining room, laundry room, living room, Florida room, bedrooms, a storage room, and 2 full baths.

• The back yard sits on two lots and has a small porch, a 10'X13' storage shed and one picnic table that seats 4.

• Mount Dora has many restaurants, antique and gift shops, a public
pool, dog park, racquet ball court, tennis courts, and the Ice
House Theater .

• Lake Dora is connected to the chain of lakes

• Several State Parks are close by for boating, swimming, and canoeing

Nightly Rate: $300 per night with a two night minimum.

Weekly Rate: $800.00

Monthly Rate: $2100.00

Daily Rentals require a $75.00 deposit

Weekly Rentals require a deposit of $150 to hold your space.

Monthly Rentals require a deposit of $250.00.

We accept credit cards via PayPal, Cashiers Checks, Money Orders, and
Personal Checks.

Pets are allowed, but the type must be approved when making your reservation. Shot papers are required and a $300 deposit is required. The deposit will be returned upon check out if there is no pet damage.

Cleaning Fee is included in rental rates.
