The settlement of Mount Dora was named for it's beautiful lake, which
was named for the lovely lady, Ms. Dora Ann Drawdy, who homesteaded
there in the mid 1800's. The "Mount" was added to reflect the 184 feet
above sea level elevation of the settlement. An elevation that is
unusual in Florida. A short stroll down the hill will take you to all of the main street shops that Mount Dora is famous for. Plus, for you fishermen, Lake county is loaded with lakes for boating, sports, and fishing; Plus, we have state parks and natural springs close by.

• The house has been completely remodeled with wood floors, Travertine floors, a large kitchen, dining room, laundry room, living room, Florida room, bedrooms, an office, a storage room, and 2 full baths.

• The back yard sits on two lots and has a small porch, a 10'X13' storage shed and one picnic tables that seats 4.

• Mount Dora has many restaurants, antique and gift shops, a public
pool, dog park, racquet ball court, tennis courts, and the Ice
House Theater .

Seasonal Rates - October 1st to April 30th

Weeknights(Sun.-Thurs.)Oct. to April-$300 per night with a two night minimum.
Weekends (Fri. Sat. and Holidays)-$350.00 per night.
Weekly Rates: $1200.00
Monthly Rates: $1800.00($1500.00 with 3 month lease)
Daily Rentals require a $75.00 deposit and Weekly Rentals require a
deposit of $150 to hold
your space.
Monthly Rentals require a deposit of $500.00.
We accept credit cards via PayPal, Cashiers Checks, Money Orders, and
Personal Checks.

Cleaning Fee is included in rental rates.
