This is an impressive home with upscale amenities and furnishings that is ideal for events such as weddings, family reunions, special corporate events and other gatherings. 

The home is conveniently located 5 minutes from the Las Vegas strip and other main attractions.

It features 5,100 sq ft of living space, and a built-in Casita for additional privacy and accomodation.  The home boasts seven bedrooms and four full bathrooms and a half bathroom, and sleeps up to 24 people. It sits on the privacy of a 1/2 acre lot.

It has a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and a breakfast bar, an optional 7th bedroom or Media Room, washer, dryer, 3 fireplaces (2 gas indoors and a wood burning outdoor fireplace), spacious sports court and pool table.  The family room is spacious and has a wet bar for the ultimate in entertaining. The master bathroom has a tub with jets and relax in front of the gas fireplace in the master bedroom or kick back in the sitting room. There are ceiling fans in all rooms for comfort in the summer months.  There is impressive marble flooring throughout the home and a surround sound system.
 
The back yard is a true oasis so close to the Strip.  There's an amazing pool with slide and waterfall, a Palapa with swing bench, fruit trees and desert landscaping, built-in B-B-Q area with tile surround. Close by is a covered patio to add to the relaxing environment.
