side-by-side refrigerator with in-door water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, garbage disposal,
microwave, dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, coffee pot, blender, and toaster as well as
many other kitchen necessities. You will have an assigned parking spot in a private, covered garage
or you can park in outside parking lot which is only a few steps away from this first floor unit.
The community offers private yacht club, restaurant, outstanding landscaping and complete security.
The Atlantic Ocean is just steps away where you can enjoy a BRAND NEW private Beach clubhouse which
opened in 2007. This includes a large club room, full kitchen with bar area, high def TV’s,

Rates in US Funds

All Rentals require a $500 security deposit at time of booking

6 month or longer Rentals require 1 months rent security deposit at time of booking

Your deposit will be refunded less a $50.00 administrative fee if written notice of cancellation is
received sixty (60) days prior to arrival date

No refund if less than 60 days notice prior to arrival is given or for early departures100% rental
fee due at or within 60 days of reservation

Does not include a 12.5% state and county resort tax

Standard cleaning fee of $75.00 is not included
