Parkers Pond in Asheville

Our retreat is nestled in the Smoky Mountains 15 minutes from downtown Asheville. We have our own
pond which we stock yearly with bluegill and bass. Our three bedroom two bath home sleeps eight very
comfortably and offers all of the amenities of home.
We are pet and children friendly.
You are invited to relax on our outside deck and enjoy your smoke.
Apple, Cherry & Peach trees provide plenty of fruit to all during season.

If you prefer a busier schedule we are minutes to downtown Asheville, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and the Pisgah National Forest. You will be close to Hot Springs, Maggie Valley, and Cherokee or you can take a day trip to Gatlinburg and Dollywood. You name it...you will be centrally located for leaf 

looking, waterfall hunting, gem mining, whitewater rafting, tubing, kayaking, wildlife viewing, horseback riding, shopping, thrift stores, antiques, hiking, skiing, snowboarding, rock climbing, golf, museums,art galleries, and seasonal activities.

$120 Night, $600 US /week

$150 deposit FULLY refundable with Min 5 Night Stay

$85 Cleaning Fee for less than 5 Night Stay, will be deducted from the Deposit

7% North Carolina State Tax not included
