cleaning oven, GE 25.4 Cu.ft. refrigerator with ice dispenser, GE 
microwave oven, GE dishwasher, GE trash compactor, coffe maker, 
toaster and blender (All stainless steel). Complete kitchen (pots 
and pans, glass and dishware, eating and cooking utensils, etc...). 
Complete laundry room with GE washer and dryer.

Ceiling fans in all rooms, new carpet, new tile throughout entire 
house, new cabinets in kitchen, custom tiled showers.

Plasma tv's with surround sound, XBOX and DVD player, satellite tv, 
phone and fax machine, computer with internet access, cedar patio 
deck with new 8 person spa, gas BBQ and complete patio furniture,
fireplace in family room, central air and heat, brand new furniture.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates vary all throughout the year, please inquire.
Rangeing from $250.00 to $350.00 per night.
Please inquire for holiday rate's.

The rental fee is due at the time of booking. The security deposit 
is due prior to stay.

Security deposit $300.00

Cleaning fee $150.00

Spa cleaning fee $35.00

Security deposit will be returned within one week of check-out date 
assuming no damage has accured.
