Vacation Rental Description

Our longboat Key Condo is on the second floor and has a full Bay 
view.  Located in the highly desired building A of Longboat Harbor, 
you will have the best view of the Bay. Only about 15 yards from the 
water,  The large lanai allows you to relax and enjoy the sunrise or 
a friendly visit from a dolphin or manatae passing by.

The master bedroom has a full view of the Bay and has a queen-sized 
bed, walk-in closet and large bathroom.  The second bedroom has 
tennis court view.  The living room and dining area are the perfect 
areas to entertain your new Longboat Harbor friends.  The kitchen is 
fully equipped and ready for use.  

The grounds of Longboat Harbor are immaculately maintained. You'll 
enjoy a community feeling with all the friendly neighbors and 
organized social activities. With all the activities on site and 
the Private Beach across the street, you can walk to just about 
everything.  After enjoying your sunrise in the morning from your 
lanai, walk across the street to watch the sunset on the Gulf.  You
will enjoy our Condominium on The Bay.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Phones with answering machine, Air conditioning, 2 Cable TV's, 
Microwave, Dishwasher, Cooking and dining utensils, Washer and Dryer 
in building, covered parking.

Activities and Attractions

Enjoy one of the four conveniently located pool areas.  (Two of 
which are right along the Bay.)  Meet your tennis partners at the 
court surrounded by lush trees and flowers.  Play Shuffleboard, 
practice your putting on the putting green, visit the large exercise 
room and join in on the many planned social activities.  Take a 
stroll and see the boats along the harbor.  Walk across the street 
to our Private Beach Facility and enjoy walks on the beach and 
beautiful Gulf Sunsets.  Go for walks or bike rides along the Key on 
nicely paved paths.  Visit nearby Sarasota and enjoy many of the 
cultural activities along with the excellent shopping and dining of
Armand Circle.

Nov-Dec.........$2,500

10% Florida tenant tax will be added to total.  Security Deposit of 
$500.
