perfect home for relaxation in the Florida Keys. 2 story house with 5 bedrooms. On the second floor
is the main house which consist of 3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bathrooms, family room, living room, and
kitchen. Large upstairs deck with view of the ocean, hammock and chairs to let you sit back and
enjoy the Keys. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room. Lots of outdoor space to
enjoy a B.B.Q on the grill or lay on the lounge chairs. 30 ft gated dock with a fish cleaning table
and an outdoor shower to cool off after those hot days in the sea.

Nice size dock that fits most size boats. Canal in the back of the house that takes you to immediate
direct access to the Ocean. Near Tavernier Creek Marina, Harry Harris Park.

Nearby is Harry Harris Park- which allows you to dock your boat there, enjoy their private beach,
have a BBQ, or let the kids run wild in the playground.

10 minutes away from the Tiki Bar and Theatre of the Seas (where you can enjoy the shows or swim
with the dolphins)
