This is a beautifully landscaped gated friendly community with an
attractive pool area, exercise room, small library, and a beautiful
golf course. The unit is a fully furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo a
few steps from
the St. Lucie River. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom and
two twin
beds in the second bedroom. This is a 55+ community where one person
must be at
least 55. Unfortunately, no pets and no smoking is allowed by the condo
association. Historic downtown Stuart is just a few minutes away
with shops and gourmet restaurants and art galleries. There is easy
access to the Treasure
Coast Mall in Jensen Beach (10 minutes by car), easy access to the
Florida Turnpike
and I-95. It is only minutes to Hutchinson Island, Jensen Beach and
Stuart Beach.

Central air / heat, dishwasher, microwave, ceiling fans, and TV
available in condo. Bed linens, dishes and towels are provided.
There is a coffee maker, blender and toaster in the kitchen. Barbecue
grill is on the premises. There is parking (one spot per unit) and
it's a short walk to the club house where there are scheduled
activities such as pool exercise, bingo and card games. People here are
super friendly and you will enjoy making new friends. Washer/Dryer
available just 2 doors down from apartment.

Imagine looking at the peaceful St Lucie River and watching
the romantic sunset. This is a few steps away from the condo.
Swimming, fishing, surfing, wind-surfing, under-water diving, and golf
are other activities you could engage in.

Stuart offers boating tours and dinner cruises. Lyric Theatre and The
Barn Theatre in downtown Stuart offer live performances. There is a
great public library at Jensen Beach and the main library is in
Stuart. DisneyWorld, Epcot Center, and Sea World are in Orlando,
which is only 2.5 hours away. Ft. Lauderdale is 1-1/2 hours away,
Miami is 2 hours
away, and it is only 45 minutes to West Palm Beach International
Airport. Whole Foods and Greenwise markets are in West Palm Beach, 20
minutes by car, and they offer a wonderful variety of conventional and
organic foods. Palm Beach Gardens Mall is near Whole Foods. Stuart
is known as the
sailfish capital of the world.

Conditions: 1/3 total rent at lease signing, remaining rent due no
later than December 15th as well as security deposit.


A cleaning fee of $100.00 is charged with each rental.
