Casa Cantina La Ventana Oceanfront in La Ventana

CasaCantinaBaja is a contemporary, Miami style 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath, 3000 square foot villa with another
3000 square feet of exterior patio space. Perched on a sloping rise
overlooking La Ventana bay.
Spectacular scenery is every where. Sailboard, kiters, fishermen,
kayak's, and plentiful ocean life
are seen regularly.

Two bedrooms at ground level both have private baths with large
showers. The north bedroom has 2
queen size beds. The south bedroom has one California king bed.
Ground level tanning deck faces the warm south sun and also has an
outdoor shower.
Master bedroom deck is private and accessible only through the master
bedroom. It also faces the
ocean and south facing sun.
The beach is steps away. Kiters and Sail Boarders can easily walk
down the adjacent arroyo to get
wet.

The kitchen is ready to cook for and accommodate up to 12 settings.
Refrigerator and freezer can
hold food and drinks for many days as well as large cooler is
available for larger supplies of
beverages. Toaster, microwave, and coffeemaker are all available.
The living room is sectioned off with a contemporary style couches
and coffee table. Entertainment
center has a TV, DVD player and stereo receiver to accommodate a
ipod/iphone.
Ground level tanning deck faces the warm south sun and also has an
outdoor shower.

Drinking, Fishing, Hot Springs,
Kayaking, Kite Boarding, Massage, Mountain Biking, Photography, Real

myriad experiences to be had. NOTE: These are all suggestions.
Casa Cantina does not provide
sporting or rental gear of any kind, so if you are planning to enjoy
one of these activities, be
sure to do your research and/or come prepared with the appropriate
equipment.

ATV�s / Quads / Dirt Bikes
Miles of beach and even more miles of dirt roads await. Casa Cantina
does not provide the
equipment, but we have a great place to tell your stories at the end
of a long day of exploring.

Windsurfing & Kite Boarding
Every October through March, there is a windsurfer / kiteboarder
pilgrimage made to this area.
There are many places that will rent equipment and teach lessons.

Fishing and Boating
El Sargento is a fishing village. Many of the fisherman will welcome
an opportunity to take you out
on their boat for a reasonable fee. So, rent a �ponga� and explore!

Diving & Snorkeling
We do not provide snorkeling or diving gear at Casa Cantina, so if
you want to partake in one of
these activities, be sure to bring your own gear or be prepared to
rent gear from one of the local
dive shops. There are a few local shops and a handful in La Paz.
