Two Story Lakehouse on Lake Francis in Lake Placid

This is a two bedroom, one bath on the second floor with a large balcony overlooking Lake Francis.
The sunsets are spectacular! Lake Francis is a 539 acre freshwater, sandy bottom lake with direct access to Redwater Lake and Little Redwater Lake. Enjoy swimming, boating, fishing and water sports. Power boats, sailboats, jet skis, canoes and Kayaks are all welcome. This is a two story house with upstairs completely private with seperate entrance. Sleeps 2-6 people. Each bedroom has two twin beds. The living room has a queen size sofa-bed. The dining area has a table and four chairs. The kitchen is furnished with a refrigerator with icemaker, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and is fully stocked with glassware, dishes, pots, pans and all utensils. Linens, pillows and bath towels are provided. Color Cable TV, VCR and DVD player included. Gas BBQ grill is
downstairs for cook-outs.

The lakehouse is fully furnished, central air and heat. The balcony faces the lake and is furnished with a table and 4 chairs. Private dock and boathouse with electricity and water. The boathouse also has a table and 3 chairs. A great place to have coffee in the morning!
The public boat ramp is just down the street.  Bring your boat!
The lakehouse is located on a quiet, dead-end street and is great for walking or bike riding.

Just 5 minutes to the South is the quaint downtown area of Lake Placid, known as the "town of
murals" with antique shops and beautiful historic murals painted on many of it's buildings. You'll
find supermarkets and pharmacies, as well as restaurants close-by.

Sebring is only 15 minutes to the North. Plenty of restaurants and shopping, including a mall with
Sears, Belks, K-mart, J.C. Penny's and more. Wal-mart, Home Depot and Lowe's also in Sebring.

Henscratch Farm is a fun place to visit for their winery tour and tasting. You can also pick your
own blueberries, strawberries and grapes, depending on the season.

Orlando/Disney is just one hour and 15 minutes away.
