La Marina Beachfront in Mazatlan

This condo is located on a pristine four mile sandy beach in beautiful Mazatlan. The unit is large
(1,500 sq. ft.), well furnished and has a luxury king size bed in one bedroom and a queen and double
in the other. The kitchen is very functional and includes full size gas stove and oven, full size
refrigerator, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, dishes and glasses for eight,
full set of pans and bakeware. It is located on the second and third floors of the complex and has
a lanai on each floor that faces the ocean. Both bedrooms and the full bath are on the upper level,
the living room, kitchen, dining room and half bath are on the main floor.

Complex has pool, hot tub, two clay tennis courts, ocean terrace, garden sitting areas, restaurant,
lobby bar, small store and barbeque area.
