THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY. This non-smoking policy extends to the screened-in porch as well as the interior of the unit.

Walk to grocery stores, outlet shopping and restaurants. 1.5 miles from
Rehoboth Avenue - the center of the beautiful town of Rehoboth Beach
with white sand beach, unique boutiques, wonderful dining and 2 miles
of "user friendly" boardwalk.

Renters must bring personal items, food and linens.

THIS IS A "SELF-SUFFICIENT" RENTAL WHICH MEANS THERE IS NO CLEANING SERVICE. AT THE END OF THEIR STAY, RENTERS ARE EXPECTED TO CLEAN THE UNIT COMPLETELY. $500 security deposit will be returned if unit is clean and well cared for during rental.

$3200.00 per month during summer months- June rental can include Memorial for an additional charge
August rental can include Labor Day for an additional charge
$12,000.00 for full 15 week 2012 season rental - includes Memorial Day and Labor Day.

$500/wk November, December, January, February & March.

Deposit of 1/2 of the full rental is required at time of reservation. Balance and
separate $500 security deposit check is due within 30 days of arrival.
Security deposit check will be held and returned if unit it well cared for during rental.
