As you enter in... the breathtaking open floor plan leads you into
the living room with a cathedral
ceiling. The contemporary leather sectional reclines so you can
enjoy the view of the 42" wall
mounted plasma TV, and opens into a queen size sleeper if needed.
Separate reclining rocker sits
adjacent to the sectional.

Off to the left of the living room is the luxurious Master suite with
garden tub which is a separate
wing of the house. In the suite, you will find a queen size Sleep
Number bed that has adjustable
positions for extra individual comfort. The sliders out to the
Lanai make it easy for that late
night swim. The bath also has separate shower and double vanities.

Off to the right of the living room is the formal dining area with
mirrored walls,
A Teakwood hutch and Dining table that seat 10.

On to the kitchen that is fully equipped for those wishing to cook
everything from a quick breakfast
to a full course meal. Enjoy your breakfast with your freshly
squeezed orange juice off your fruit
trees at the breakfast bar and your meal in the 17 x 17 Breakfast
Great Room, that seat 12 off
the kitchen.

with high privacy hedge, solar
heated 16 x 28 oval shaped sports pool and an 8 seated hot tub.

Surrounding the patio and pool deck are large sliding glass pocket
doors that completely open up the
Living Room, Family Room, Breakfast Great Room, Master Bedroom and
the Lanai into 1 large
indoor/outdoor space to accommodate a large crowd. It has large
covered patio with summer kitchen
and deck furniture to seat 15 people.

We provide everything that you could possibly desire for a luxury
vacation from pool toys to washer
and dryer for the laundry.

If you happen to get claustrophobic in your luxury home, there are

hospitals close by, Weeki
Wachee Water Park you can also rent a boat and take it to the Sand
Bar, Anclote Island or Honeymoon
Island where you can spend the day swimming, shelling, & watching
dolphins.

You are approximately 45 minutes from Tarpon Springs and the world
famous Sponge Docks, a short 45
minute drive to Busch Gardens/ Adventure Island, Shops at Channel
side, International Mall, Hard
Rock Hotel and Casino, Bright house Field, Spring Training Camp for

SECURITY: $1000 required security deposit we be held and fully
refundable if there is no missing or
damaged items or no extensive cleaning necessary

Maximum 6 occupants,($60 per day per person extra, unless other agreement is made at time of
reservation

Reduced rates considered for long term stay

Cleaning fee of: $175 due at time of check in

CANCELLATIONS: within 2 weeks of arrival date will forfeit deposit
(May be waived for extenuating verifiable circumstances)
