Cozy Log Cabin/Cottage, Bluemont, VA in Leesburg

Find your mountain escape in the beautiful Blue Ridge and relax in our fully furnished guest
cottage/cabin located at the tip of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Bluemont, Virginia (55 miles
northwest of DC; just 15 miles past Leesburg, Virginia).

Though close to the city, you'll feel like you're far, far away. The beautiful 100+ year-old log
cabin has an exposed hand-hewn beamed ceiling, original floors, stone fireplace, wood stove,
satellite TV w/HBO, and wireless internet access. A large addition includes a full kitchen, full
bath, one bedroom with a double bed and a sitting room with a twin bed. Outside enjoy a propane
grill, patio/umbrella table and chairs for your dining or relaxation. Private driveway and parking.

There are so many outdoor activities nearby: - a mile to hike the Appalachian Trail or simply enjoy
the view from Bear's Den, - 10 minutes to canoe or kayak on the Shenandoah River, - tour the many
Virginia wineries closeby - Veramar, Tarara, Breaux, Doukenie, Chrysalis, Swedenberg Vineyards and
more, - shop for beautiful Antiques in Millwood, Leesburg, Middleburg, Berryville - shop at the

We are dog-friendly! But please, no smoking on the property.

Email us soon with your preferred dates. We require a minimum two (2) night stay, and a minimum
three (3) night stay on holiday weekends and during holiday weeks (i.e., Christmas, Thanksgiving,
Easter Weeks). A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Weekly Rates are also
available.

The cabin has one bedroom, so is ideal for two people. In addition, there is a twin bed in the den,
plus a twin inflatible bed (maybe for the little ones?). We can accommodate a total of up to four
guests.

The nightly rate is $115 for (up to 2) people, and $25 charge per night (per guest) for a
third and fourth. There is a minimum two night rental; three nights during holiday weeks and
weekends.

Weekly Rates:
Up to two guests: $700 per week;
Three guests: $850 per week;
Four guests: $1000 per week.

There is no charge for infants under the age of 6 months.

There is room for up to two dogs: We charge $10 per night, per dog.
