Our spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat is drenched in sunlight and has a cathedral ceiling
with ceiling fan, and a bright, open floor plan, an entertainment armoire with TV, DVD-player,
stereo, a wet-bar, and a mirrored wall inset with handsome fireplace.

The master bedroom has gorgeous contemporary furnishings, including a king-side bed with absolutely
top quality orthopedic mattress, plus a refreshing color scheme, and walls graced by framed original
photographs of antique American cars. The second bedroom is an equal delight, also with king-size
bed and striking contemporary decor. Both have soft lounge chairs and en-suite bathrooms.

The kitchen was totally remodeled in August 2005 with gleaming white cabinets, halogen ceiling
lights, and all-new stainless steel appliances.The garden patio, with its bougainvilleas and sturdy
cast-iron seating, is a delightful spot for breakfast. And the living room and master bedroom each
have sliding glass doors that open to the rear patio - good for cocktails from the wet-bar -
offering pristine views of the world-famous Arnold Palmer Course, home to the Bob Hope Chrysler
Classic and one of six courses gracing the spectacular 2,200-acre PGA West resort community, with
all the amenities for your perfect golf or leisure vacation.

A refundable deposit is required on acceptance of rental agreement, as follows: one-week rental
$300; two-week rental $500; three-week & monthly rental $1,000. Full payment is due 14 days prior to
start date (no refunds within 14 days of start date). Reservation will be confirmed only upon
receipt of signed rental agreement and deposit. A departure cleaning fee of $75 is payable with
balance due.
