Rental Schedule~ effective 7/1/2010 - 6/30/2011 Weekly Rate (7 nites) ........ $1,960.00 ($280.00 per nite) effective 7/1/2011 - 6/30/2012 Weekly Rate (7 nites)...... $2,170.00 ($310.00 per nite).  Each additional day short of another full weekly rate is prorated on the weekly rate ($280 [from 7/1/2010 - 6/30/2011 and $310.00 [from 7/1/2011 - 6/30/2012each day). All rates subject to 12.962% tax (4.712% GETax and 9.25% TATax). CHECK IN/CHECK OUT POLICY: Check in 3:00 pm and Check out 12:00 pm Note: Early check in/late check out welcome provided no conflict with incoming guests. TERMS~ $100 to confirm reservations. Upon arrival, additional $280 will be required as security deposit. A $95 one time cleaning fee. Written cancellation notice of 30 days (via facsimile or e-mail), is required for refund of reservations/security deposit less $50 processing fee.
