This newly renovated condo has new furniture throughout, including
bedding, sofa sets, and dining room table with a matching buffet
table for storage. This tropically decorated condo also includes a
full size washer and dryer, plenty of closet space, color TV and
cable in both bedrooms and in the family room. You are provided
with an all electric kitchen, full size refrigerator and freezer
with icemaker, disposal, blender, silverware, cooking utensils, and
all that you need to provide meals of any size during your stay.
Sleeps up to 9 with a king size bed in one bedroom, a pull out coach
sleeps 2, and 2nd bedroom has 2 bunk beds and a pull out bed which
sleeps at total of 5 in this bedroom.
There is a gated indoor garage, heated pool on the level above, the
5th floor, and a short walk from the 4th floor of the condo. This
is on the roof of the condo, overlooking the ocean and provides a
beautiful view of the entire beach of New Smyrna. The pool is
heated and great for year round pleasure.
Sunrise in New Smyrna is so beautiful because Moontide has the
longest balconies of any condominium in New Smyrna. It stretches
from the Master Bedroom to the family room. There is plenty of room
to sit out and eat meals on the balcony if you desire while looking
at the beautiful view of the beach below.
Other amenities of the complex include tennis courts, shuffleboard,
basketball courts, covered parking, which is rare in these parts,
allowing you access to your vehicle despite the elements, and
keeping your car cool during the hot summer months.
All towels and amenities will be waiting for you, and your will have
secure access to this facility. This assures that only guests of
Moontide stay in this exclusive complex, and allows the ultimate in
safety. The people in the office are great and ready to help you if
you need anything while you stay with us.

Our rates are made to be affordable. Rates by the management of the
complex are over $1300 per week. Our rates are dependent on the
season and are $950 - $1250 per week. Monthly rates can be quoted
with a discount of course.
Lastly, our favorite restaurants in New Smyrna include JB’s, Boston
Seafood, Mondalech Deli, Blackbeards, Outback, Shells, Manny’s
Pizza, Stavros Pizza, & our personal favorite PJ’s. New Smyrna
offers great sun, fun, and food, and mostly relaxation. Our condo
will assure you a nice clean and tropical environment to enjoy the
